Bit of advice for short penis workouts

As a child I had many surgeries, 8 in total to correct an issue with my bladder. My entire excretory system had to be repaired including multiple surgeries directly affecting my penis. I’ve tried hanging, at weights all below 5Lb, and feel a lot of tension at the top left of the base of my penis. This makes me hesitant to want to continue hanging. I’ve been pumping for 3 weeks now, but I find it difficult to remain comfortably in the tube because my erections point straight up and even with a large amount of lube, there is still a lot of abrasion at my glans. I’m only looking to gain about an inch or two, to reach an average length. What I’m searching for is advice that could make my hanging experience better. I do jelq and stretch on a consistent basis, but am looking for a harder workout to increase speed of gains.

I guess the recommend routine for you should be the Newbie; all for the reason that is safe, enjoyable and the most important part it give you gains and improve your erection and fight premature ejaculation.

The reasons some of the members stop newbie is just because they reach or gain the so called “newbie gains” and the slowly decrease the amount of gains. Newbie should the right now for you trust me on this one!

I don’t know if it’s safe for you to do PE, given the problems you mentioned. Anyway, don’t think hanging is necessary the holy grail of gains, if you feel discomfort when hanging better to try something else. I recommend you to read this thread if you haven’t already:
