What is the most anyone has gained with just manual stretching and jelqing.etc.

Also what is the most someone has gained in length with these methods in three months and/or one month.

I gained 2 inches.

I “recovered” 1.5 inches in a month to get my official starting point back to 6 inches. Was 4.5 but that had a lot to do with bad health and being fat. I had previously been at six when I was young and skinny so it is not really fair to call it gains. Three weeks into my first official month of PE and the gains are coming pretty slow (1/16 to 1/8 in length). However, 1/8 per month gives you an inch by summer.

Ex-members have claimed over 3 inches in manual exercises, but that should not be the focus. You now have the tools to enlarge a part of your body that you had previously thought you never could (probably). Any gain is a monumental success. Any speculation is pointless. Good luck.

I have measured after 1.5 weeks and to my amazement I have gained .5 of an inch! I was stunned to say the least.

I now measure 6 inches erect. I have read about people getting significant initial gaines so I am guessing my gains will now slow down significantly. Great feeling to be out of the small category and into the “normal” category for length.

Wardy, that’s impressive. Care to share your routine and schedule?

Sorry for the delay in replying.

My routine is simple and the same as many people here have already mentioned. To start with I warm up for about 5 minutes. Followed by a couple of minutes stretching. After that I wear the Penimaster for about an hour with a 5 min break after 30 minutes (i’ll go into why after). After that I stretch and massage for a few minutes followed by a couple of minutes dry jelqing to get the blood flowing back in there. After that I massage for a few more minutes.

I have noticed that my penis is tender the following day, so I rest it for 2 days. From the days when I was an athlete 2 days rest was always recommended by my coach. I can’t see why my penis would be any different in requiring rest.

To hear my partner’s shock when she saw the size increase was one of the best feelings ever.

Ok, why I wear the Penismaster for no more than 30 minutes until having in a break. After about 20 minutes the glands get cold and look a purplish colour. The problem I am having is that under a full stretch the glands want to slip out. The only way I can stop this is to tighten it. There must be an easier way around this. Any suggestions guys?

I have been doing PE for a month now and I gained 0.8 inches (2cm) lengthwise and 0.4 inches (1cm) girthwise. I hope I’ll continue gaining at this level! I warm up for about 5 minutes, then I do manual stretches for about 25 minutes, then Jelqing for about 10 minutes and I end with another hot wrap around my dick…
