Ok, here we go.

This mostly aims at young men insecure about their size wanting bigger dick.

You always hear “bigger is better”. To some extend it maybe is. But lately I read things as “I am 7,5x5,5 and with a few years of PE I will.”. Guys, believe me.. There may be a “too small” BUT there is definitely a “too big”. I am “only” 8x6 but I can tell stories about sex being not that easy sometimes. I even was turned down by that one girl because she thought I was too big. I know (almost) every man wants to be bigger. But don’t wish for the dicks you see in porn. They’re not useful. The girls in porn are so called size queens. Most of the “normal” women couldn’t even handle such a dick. Only with lots of train they could take it. So unless you don’t want to join porn business don’t wish for a 10x7 or whatever :P

I’ve been around since LONG before the world wide web and I’ve felt insecure about my size for just about as long as I can remember. Of course, it was largely because my dickhead older brother started teasing me about it since long before I even knew what it was for. (It’s funny I never remember thinking that his cock was really significantly bigger than mine, even considering the age difference) Knowing what I do now, that my dick was bigger than average, (or at least average) and is now definitely bigger than average, I’m still insecure about it. I’ve been wondering lately, how much it’ll take to get me feeling comfortable with it. I know it has more to do with the head on my shoulders, than the head on my dick, but it’s hard to overcome that mindset.

I like this thread because I think many of us take the penis thing as being the solution to many problems that may not be related. I am relatively new to the scene and the info and encouragement here has been really good for me and I thank everyone here for it. I really have become so much more confident and it really is working wonders.really it is. But I have also come to see that there were many issues that are unrelated to PE that I needed to look at. I realize now that I may have been making too much of it all these years when even just a little bit of improvement has been so good for me. Maybe I didnt have as big a problem in the Penis area as I thought I did.

I am an 18 year old male, I have been/still am slightly insecure about the size of my penis,
This is not because it is small, I guess it’s more of a masculine status kind of thing (some in depth desire to be better than everyone else) however I have no desire to be huge I would be devastated if I was too big and caused someone pain during what should be a strictly pleasurable act.

Does anyone have any opinion on the “optimal size* of a penis?

I think I speak to everyone when I say that in the porn industry we would rather see normal sized guys and normal sized girls actually having fun, rather than novelty sized actors faking it.

“Optimal” is a funny word. What’s optimal for vaginal sex might be too big for oral or anal. What’s optimal for one partner might be all wrong for another.

Let me just suggest that each of us men has a different ‘optimal size’. Then of course every woman may (or in many instances may not) have here idea of ‘optimal size’. Do any of these optimal sizes correlate? Possibly, even probably sometimes. Our girlfriends or wives may say to us, “I love your size, you are just a perfect fit”, but do we ever believe them? NOOOOOO!

No matter what they say, or what we actually have hanging between our legs, the little voice in our heads is always asking the question (“yes, but what would it be like if it were bigger?”).

Each of us has an ‘internal voice’ that continuously asks ourselves and others what you might call ‘unanswerable questions’.

I know personally, my unanswerable question is “do you like me?” I like to be liked. I want to be liked by just about everyone I meet. And even when I know they like me, my internal voice still asks “yes, but do you REALLY like me?” No matter if I know the answer or not, the question is always there.
