Hey Guys,

I’m doing P.E pretty long, I think like 3 years on off.

But I have a question about a bigger flacid.

I do sport very much I think like 20 ours a week!
And always after sport my flaccid is very small. Not hanging nice at all.
Off course your blood is necessary somewhere else while doing sport but does someone know how I can get more blood flow true my unit to get a nice flaccid after sporting.

I’m around

7 inch lenght
5.5 inch girth

If I’m right but after sport in shower its looks very small.

The easiest fix is to go into a toilet stall and do some helicopter spins to fluff your cock up and then hit the showers.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Most of the time I give it some spins and some jelq’s but that only works for a short amount of time, max 1 minute I think :(

You probably just have a very shy flaccid in a public shower situation. Do you think if you were in the same shower but not after any exercise you would have a similar reaction? I am guessing yes. Hard to fix something like that. It is part of your mind/body chemistry.

I think it’s pretty normal to have a smaller flaccid after playing sport, as you said yourself your blood is needed elsewhere.

Maybe exercises which target the tunica would help with flaccid size even more. A-V stretches, bundled stretches etc.. But that’s just my guess.

Maybe wearing a cock ring during sports and take it off in the toilets along with a few helicopters you’ll be sitting hanging well

Wearing a cockring while doing any type of strenuous, labor intensive activities (like sports), outside of any sexual activity, can be a hazardous to the welfare of your dick.
