Yes, it is a result of jelqing or pumping or stretching or hanging and a welcome one at that, at least for me.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yes indeed, I have been Jelqing for just about a month and noticed an impressive falacid penis when Nature Calls! :-)

Yeah, jelqing has really helped my overall EQ and bloodflow. Difficult not to get semi-hards whenever I take a piss now.
I’m roughly a month into hanging, but it feels like my flaccid is increasing in length thanks to it.
