What exercises would produce a bigger penis base?

After conditioning with the Newbie routine there are other options available like pumping that has boosted my girth at the base.


Big to bigger.

From what I’ve heard, Hanging, Extenders, and Clamping all produce a significant amount of base girth.

I’ve also heard that clamping increases penis base but to me it doesn’t seem like it would unless you clamp behind the balls

Hanging and clamping. But don’t even think to clamping if you don’t have at least 6+ months of steady manual PE work.

I’ve noticed that in my case manual stretching outward (in the direction of erection) increased significantly the base girth. This is the so called tunica stretch, effecting the tunica more than the ligaments.

I use to measure girth at three points on the shaft and noticed that base girth developed significantly faster than middle and tip girth (now base is over 6”), while I didn’t do any girth specific exercises except mild jelqs.


Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

Every stretch exercise because you will pull out you inner penis that has muuuuuch more girth. That is in my opinion the reason why hanging is recommended for base girth gains

See what results you get from the newbie routine. Make sure to grab deep for each stroke.

I got the baseball bat thing going on too. It’s not that bad, but I would like it all to be even :)

It’s weird I gained like 1/4 of an inch in like 2 weeks by double clamping at the base, the Part where I put the clamp I actually gained their and maybe even below it.

Clamping helps. Looking forward to clamping when my dick is conditioned again.
