Hey guys, I’m new here. I’ve been jelqing for about three weeks now, so about 300 jelqs every other day. I want to ask, about the baseball bat effect and how to avoid it, like get more girth at the base then the end of the shaft. Also, any suggestions on gaining length really good will be helpful!

Penis pumps, air or water based, tend to increase base and mid shaft girth more so then distal penis girth.

There are many way to make length gains. Perform stretches with your hands or a tool. I recommend tools because they are easier and funner to use IMO. Hanging is another way. Penis extenders work. Most will recommend you follow a beginner manual routine based on stretches and jelqs for months before using tools. I don’t like using my hands so I recommend using tools. You just have to start slow. Most guys start off to intensely.

Thanks. I’ve looked at the auto x sleeve for an ADS. Do you know of it? I don’t want to use pumps, what about the jelq gym tool?

Jelqing the entire penis (Starting the stroke as close to the pubic bone as possible) can help prevent baseball bat effect. Personally, I’d recommend avoiding devices of any kind for at least the first 3 months of doing the newbie routine. It sounds as though you maybe haven’t familiarized yourself with the Newbie Routine. If you haven’t, please do. Lots and lots of good pointers there.

I agree with CLGP7. I think the real key is adequate heat and consistency. Overly complex routines are not going to help you much at this point- if anything you will only suffer an injury. Keep it basic and stick to the linear newbie routine :)

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I agree with bill10 ,You should do the linear newbie routine or the normal newbie routine for the first 3 month’s and 300 jelqs is too much for a beginner IMO.

I started 6.25 bpel, did 3 months of the newbie routine and gained .25 (6.5) then I’ve been using my ads for about 5 months and gained a little over 7 inches.

X4 labs, you probably won’t gain the first 30-60 days as its ’ priming the pipe ’ but don’t be discouraged.
