How to achieve them? For now I jelq2-3 times a day, I clamp every other day at least. 2 x 10 min sets, occasionally 1 x 20 min set. I love the look of my cock while clamped. I wish the veins bulged without clamping. When I wear a tight cock ring, my wife seems to go nuts and I contribute that to it being a little more engorged and the veins really bulging. Give it Time. When I started pumping I had virtually no veins showing unless I was squeezing. After pumping for three months I can definitely say they stand out even when flaccid and even more when erect. And I will agree the wife definitely likes it.

Awesome, I’m waiting on the new supplements. I feel I could do whatever now, I’ve only briefly tried some things. But, my unit can take a beating and withstand a lot. However, I’m almost done with first 3 months of newbie which I modified to include clamping which I respond to very well and have thoroughly enjoyed. I’m going to introduce pumping and hanging either next month, or in February. I was hoping pumping would give me good veins. My wife is a nurse and says I’m blessed with good veins in my arms and hands. But, although noticeable on my cock, they don’t bulge and I really love after a good squeeze, clamp session, or with cockring how they pump up. But, I want them to be more and bigger. Nice gains with the new routine! Don’t be too hard on your cock. It can withstand a lot but a slow steady routine is best for permanent gains. Last thing you want is to injure it and have to take weeks off.

Definitely. I’ve been clamping since the second week. Most intense thing I’ve added so far was bundled stretches. I’ve begun tinkering with light( very light) plump and erect bends. I’ve got a cery slight curve right I’m trying to correct. Started with 3 second holds under light pressure last week. Introduced erect bends with 2 second holds this week. Will increase time by a couple seconds next week to make sure I can withstand it. I do very light pressure to assure I can tell what I’m feeling.

How old are you? If you don’t mind me asking. Different supplements can be needed for different age groups.

33. I’m doing it more for the sexual benefit currently. I’m adding the Damiana to increase testicle size. Adding Maca for the sexual appetite, iron increase, and fertilization increase since me and the wife are going to try for another child in the near future The increased semen will be beneficial. Pygeum to also increase cum load. Bioprine to help absorb the vitamins I’m putting in.

Same here..very good veins on arms etc. I guess cause I’m rather thin. But veins on my dick are not bulging.
I think dry jelqs can help. Also clamping at the base and then with two fingers “pinching” the big veins along the shaft.
When I clamp they come forward for me but clamping alone didn’t make a big difference. Veins have high elasticity so hard to push them into “grow” territory…

I also saw a pumper who pumps since 10+ years who had many smaller veins coming forth.

Pumping with higher vacuum force really increases vein size. And overall “maturity” like ribs, ridges, large glans etc. People who pump longer times at low vacuum tend to just get skin bloat without much permanent changes to the real penis.

I didn’t have a very veiny appearance before my last round of PE, but upon finishing it I noticed the two main veins that come off of the left and right side of my base are much more pronounced and the rest of my unit is a little veinier (enough for me to notice). I’d attribute it to a combination of starting pumping, and incorporating plump bends + uli’s into my routine.

edit: not sure if it’s been mentioned but if you plan on taking a large variety of new supplements I’d recommend phasing them in one by one to see how they effect you rather than just starting a brand new supp regiment on a given day.

Im adding one of the new supplements every 5 days to assure there are no issues.

Interesting! With which part? That higher vacuum produces good vein size increase, or that low vacuum doesn’t cause much permanent size gain?

Does low vacuum long duration pumping produce the good gains (ie 0.5” length 0.4” girth per each year) that can be produced when pumping with higher force short duration? It’s not often that I see a report from someone who gained a lot of good real size just from low vacuum pumping, I would love to hear your thoughts on that.
