Big veins too scared to jelq any more

I have been doing a slightly modified version of the newbie routine for the last 4 months and I have gained a consistent 1/2” EL and 1” FL. My cock is well used to jelqing now.

However, over the last few weeks I have noticed the main vein and a large vein running down the right side of my cock are both very much larger than they were before. When I jelq these days I can feel them “popping” as they move on my shaft under the skin at the base of my cock sometimes on my upward strokes. I’m always checking for injury as I jelq but I’m getting more nervous about damage.

I know that vein promenance increases with PE so I’m asking if there is anything I should look out for in the future when I’m jelqing. I don’t fancy busting a vein during a session.

Adjust your grip while jelqing, thats what I do. I also got a very pronounced vein, but its on the left side.

Discoloration, more veins, skin stretch , little bruises are all natural results of PE . I don’t think you are about to bust a vein, everything seems to be normal from my view.

The only think I look for during PE, so think you should look for is: pain or numbness I say. Little pain I tolerate, more of it: I stop. If I don’t enjoy the workout and I feel like I should stop: I stop. :)

I too have both large veins on both sides of mine with the absence of one on top. After almost three months of PEing they are about 50% larger and more pronounced. I think it’s just a side affect of doing these exercised. As long as you have no pain or there isn’t any visible injury to them, I wouldn’t worry about it.

That’s the thought that kept me going with hanging. Because at first I was scared I would rip a vein, artery, or nerve and then I remembered reading from many people they are pretty much the most elastic tissues in our penies and can easily stretch. The other limiting factors like the tunica and CC’s, CS, tunica septum, ligs, are less elastic and are the first limiting factors to be broken I believe sine they are taking most of the stress of the stretch.

Dude, rejoice! Keep going. No problem at all. You may also come to realize that in addition to “good flaccid days” PE also gives you “big vein days”. Some days my PE veinage is really ominous and scary looking (and I feckin’ LOVE IT) and other days there’s just a little more veinage than my pre-PE days. Bigger veins means better oxygenation means better healing means better gains (IMO).

Which brings to mind a question: maybe the people who gain easier have better circulation/veinage than the people who really struggle to see gains. I’m pretty vascular throughout my whole body and with PE am now that way in my dick too. Perhaps gains are partially a result of vascularity!?

I have pondered that same question myself wantsmore. I currently believe after much hard work in PE that having good circulation/veinage IS a defintly a + for faster gains. I all honesty, I never did do the newbie routine, opting to do instead do what was giving me gains which was hardcore manual stretching. Over time, the gains here for length dried up and came to a halt for months and now I have learned the value of conditioning your penis through BTB and regular jelqing for penis health and faster gains. My veins have become a little more emphasized but not too much in my case. The funny thing is through my trial and error of all the PE techniques I’ve practiced almost every day is how I’ve learned how jelqing is not only for gains, but jelqing both BTB and regular jelqing is for total penis health. I have suffered throguh many many mistakes in PE and have neglected jelqing many times. Every time I tottaly neglect jelqing and just do manual stretching or hanging my dick becomes overtrained and there are no gains. Now that I’ve decided to follow BIB’s path with the BTB jelqing and the regular jelqing as I hang GAINS ARE COMING FINNALY AGAIN! I don’t know the exact reason but I have a few theorys in my head as to why this occurs and thats all I;ll say for now. Just keep in mind that jelqing if not for gains is good for everyone to keep there whole body in good working condition, there WHOLE cardiovascular system man. PE and particualry jelqing could be the answer to heart attacks, strokes, etc, since it is known for some reason a lot of men get ED (Erectile Disfunction) in later life and I know for a fact proper jelqing attacks this and defeats it. That;s my thoiught son these subjkects, am I not the coolest? j/k :)

Thanks all. In the future I will watch out for any pain and not worry too much about the size of the veins.

I’ll say this in addition. My cock is definitely different from the way it was before. On a good flaccid I am 5”. It was 3 1/2 mostly before this. I now vary regularly between 4-5”. Also the greater vein promenance is also apparent when flaccid.

My variation on the newbie routine is 30 mins jelq instead of the 10 mins. I am doing consistent 2 days on 1 day off.

ANM, numbness meanss not only you cut blood flow, but also you’re probably fucking with the nerval system , too. Never let that happen. Push the limits, but be careful for the red lines: pain and numbness. :)
