Howdy everyone just wanted to thank you all for the no non-sense posts about PE. I would like a larger unit just as anyone else and have finally decided to start my PE program.

Provided I can get the privacy I need to dedicate myself to this program my plan is 5 days on and 2 days off with the following routine:

5 min hot wrap
5 min stretching
15 min jelqing (work up to 30 min after couple weeks)
5 min hot wrap

My stats are currently BPFL 11cm/ BPFG 12cm & BPEL 16cm/ BPEG 14cm (BPFL 4.3in/ BPFG 4.7in & BPEL 6.2in/ BPEG 5.5in for the non-metric inclined).

Will take another measurement in 6-8 weeks to track my progess and most definately get back with you all. After just one session my unit looks massive! I can only dream about what it will look like after 12 months of dedication.

Any suggestions to the routine would be appreciated thanks.

about your measurements.

bp means bone pressed therefore doesn’t apply to girth measurements.

the best I can determine bpel is 6.2

bp flaccid length (not stretched) is:4.3

flaccid girth is 4.7

erect girth is 5.5

Is this right? You should do fine with your program, don’t try to go crazy like trying to win a race. You got plenty of time. If you got a slow pace of gains like 3/8” lenght per year you would be 1 3/8” longer in 3 years, how would that be? In all likelihood you will gain at a faster pace than that. Good luck and good gains!!
