Hey guys! I have been off for a while and not doing PE. Now I’m bulked up a lot (close to 300 pounds) because I’m in strength-sport. And because of that I have even bigger fat-pad then before(2 inches+). So, I’m thinking about dropping like 35 pounds and start clamping to gain some girth. Or can I start right away? To me it seems like the fat-pad is making in impossible for me to get clamping all the way down, which could end up with weird shaped penis? I’m also wondering if someone could post me a short workout for clamping only. Like 3x 5 mins to start with and then increase after like one month?
I hope this new thread doesn’t make anyone angry, and if its not allowed admin will delete it within some hours. So hopefully no harm done.

I don’t think putting down bodyweight is required before you start clamping.

If you haven’t done PE for a while, please don’t rush into clamping. Do the newbie routine again for a while. :)

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thanks! =) Another question. I am like 6 NPEL now, were 6.25 about 10-15 pounds ago. And I got 8.25 BPEL, If I cut down A LOT. Purely guess, what NPEL do you think I could get to? As low as 1.5 inches? =) As I stated earlier, I am bulked up at the moment.

Good idea with start some jelqing. But I found dry jelqing hard to perform, and wet jelqing was not my thing. But I try to prepare my cock with that, haha, =)

I have also been searching after some info about dry jelqing. Remembering people talking a lot about grip to not hurt the penis and to make gains better. I just can’t find that thread. Anyone of you moderators know what I am speaking about? =)
