Been doing pe for about 6 mo. Or so and I am not seeing much on the ruler. I have a nice limp size now.
Been doing jelqs wet on one day, dry next day then off day. So 2 days on 1 off. When I first started I did one on one off for a month or two. I do the ace wrap at night.
Never do much hand stretches. I do a bunch of fowfers. I do a limp stretched out as far as a wrap will hold when I am working at the house on weekends. Do not like to let it turtle when I can help it.
I seen have seen the “tools” to do a stretch with a belt around the leg, cord hook to penis. Any body got links to threads about that kind of stretches.
I made a “system” tonight. I used the ace wrap on my leg. Then 2 small bungees hooked to a cable clamp on a wrapped penis. Got a nice stretch. Just want to read up on this type of stretches. Need to know how long to do it. Just like to be educated on things I do.
