Better fitness = better gains?
Was doing my nightly PE research when a post stated the obvious importance of increased blood flow/circulation. So that got me thinking, the more cardio vascular fitness you have, would the gains be better simply as there may be oxygen withinthe blood that’s circulated?
I’d happily start running again if so, wouldn’t make those intervals seem so bad knowing it was contributing!
Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.
