Better fitness = better gains?

Better fitness = better gains?

Was doing my nightly PE research when a post stated the obvious importance of increased blood flow/circulation. So that got me thinking, the more cardio vascular fitness you have, would the gains be better simply as there may be oxygen withinthe blood that’s circulated?

I’d happily start running again if so, wouldn’t make those intervals seem so bad knowing it was contributing!

My instinct tells me that it is better to be healthier than not.

That is just my instinct, not anything that I know that relates to success at PE. I know there have been theories in the past that being nutritionally deprived might lead to weakening the tunica and consequently, better expansion; and that it’s better not to be healthy enough to heal well or quickly,so that you heal in an expanded state. Even if that is true, on my priority scale, I don’t know that I want to weaken my body and my health to optimize my PE.

On the plus side of the ledger, if you are healtheir and have better cardiovascular fitness than average, does THAT help PE? I don’t know, so I’m going to say, do it if you want better cardiovascular fitness, and let us know how your PE goes as you do that.

Yeh thanks Lampwick, I used to run races a few years back wouldn’t take me too long to get back into shape, combined with the weights I do.

I’m taking something right now called nitrox.. It’s supposed to improve the flow of blood to your muscles, sort of like how creatine improves muscle hydration.

I do wonder whether all the supplements I’m taking can have a positive impact on gains.

I would venture to say good health & a good diet can’t hurt. I’ve read several times on this forum that some substances, such as caffeine can have a negative impact on your erections/ make them softer.

At least you can get rid of the fat pad.

The benefits I see would be reduced fat pad and better circulation —> Better wood. Which would in turn give a better indication of gains.

It’s always better to be in better physical condition no matter what. Feeling better about your body would also help increase your confidence in bed which in turn would help you last longer therefore getting the most out of your growing penis.

I think maintaining good health would benefit your PE efforts the same way a proper diet benefits bodybuilders. You can’t maximize your body’s potential for growth and recovery without proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and weight / resistance training and most importantly - REST.

An excellent side effect of a PE regimen is the desire to improve your overall health in an effort to boost PE gains. I have started hitting the gym hard and haven’t felt this good in years, thanks to PE.

Not that I necessarily agree with this statement but Bib has suggested that vitamins and other healthy stuff might make healing faster and make gains slower because of a stronger body.

I probably need to read more, but is this somehow related to the observation that in many cases, older men have made easier gains?

When I was smoking, I made fast gains with hanging. I don’t smoke anymore so let’s see if I can gain anymore with hanging.
