Best ways to gain girth.

Just curious as to everyones personal most effective girth techniques. Which ones have worked the bast and have been the most effective.


Starting stats: BPEL:6 EG: 4.25

1/13/05: BPEL: 6.6 EG:4.5

Goal: BPEL: 7.5 EG: 5.5

You do realize your are going to get 20 different answers from 20 different people in answer to that question. If you were looking for a suggestion as to which one to use, I would advise reading about all of them then trying them out for yourself. And you had to know you were going to hear this….Every exercise works differently for different people.

I like to use a 3# sledge to soften Mr. Toughie right up. Then I get serious with a rolling pin for 20 ~ 30 minutes. To cool him down quickly I have a hole cut into my freezer door- this helps cement the “gains” and stem the blood loss.

So far erect jelqs, but I am experimenting with other techniques now.

By the way, if you are new, stick to the newbie routine for a months before focusing on girth. If you blow your vein, you won’t be able to do PE for a long time.

Johnny, most girth techniques are advanced, and you might want to get some experience under your belt before hitting the girth hard. You do know your penis better than I know your penis, so if you feel ready, then go ahead, but be careful please.

For start, Sansak slinkies and ULIs, then when your dick is more used to this exercises add Horse440s and maybe some Erect Bends (carefull with these ones) to your routine

Also, start reading about clamping
