Best way to pick a routine
Despite having read these forums off and on for a few years, I am relatively inexperienced with application of penis enlargement exercises. Being that the newbie routine is one-size-fits-all, I am a bit hesitant to undertake this given my abnormal dimensions and low LOT.
Stats:
28 years old
BMI = 25
Fit, but not ripped (~14% body fat, slight abdominal definition).
Circumcised
Erect Length (bone pressed, along-the-top) = 8.5” to 8.75” (21.6 to 22.2 cm) (I have reached 9” a few times years ago when extremely hard, but this is rare).
Erect Circumference (mid shaft) = 6” (15.2 cm)
Erect Circumference (base) = 7” (17.8 cm)
Thicker at the base, but fatter and flatter mid-shaft.
LOT = 7-8 o’clock
Erectile function = no concerns
Goal:
I am looking to put on an additional 1” to 1.5” (2.5 to 3.8 cm) in length. And another 0.5” to 1” (1.3 to 2.5 cm) in circumference.
Questions:
1) Given my stats, would these gains be easier as they are a relatively small percentage of my current size or would they be more difficult as I am naturally near my maximum potential?
2) Given my stats and my goals, should I focus on jelqs, stretches, or something else? Between work and rugby, I am not flush with time on my hands (I know, who is?)
3) I tried a stretching routine once upon a time but wound up with a callous under my glans and purple spots on the tip. If stretching is the way to g, how can I stretch with sufficient force yet prevent this?
4) Assuming that stretching is the way to go, what is the benefit of the basic directional stretches instead of the twist and stretch?
I have searched the forums, but cannot find these concerns adequately addressed. If these are answered, I sincerely apologize for the redundancy of my questions. Any advice in good faith is appreciated.
