Best way to get length gains

I need some help guys!!
I want to increase my length and I’m willing to try out methods that include different jelq techniques and steches plz help me out!!

I’ve been doing 10-minute wet jelqs downward everyday along with some A-streches for about 2 weeks but seen absolutely no results : (

Not enough, your penis is still adjusting to the pressure of jelqing. Right now No one will ever give you anything. All what you can do is keep jelqing. You can’t have anything fast, and if you try any advanced routine, you will end up in injures section. Just keep doing your routine. 2 weeks is nothing to see result from it. Good luck

When I first started PE, I would do stretches followed by jelqs. I started with 100 jelqs the first week, and added 50 jelqs every week. Afterwards I would shower and then wear an extender. The length of the arms was 1/4” LESS than my erect length, and I gained at a phenomenal rate for my first four weeks. I cannot say if that will work for you, but it did for me.

Just decide that you have plenty of length and just work on girth. Apparently, that’s what works for me.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Your first few PE exercises will be to condition your dick for growth. That’s probably not the right terminology, but you might not see results until maybe a month or two down the line. If it’s length you want, I’d suggest manual stretching on top of your jelqing.


Current: 6 3/8" BPEL, 5 1/4" NBPEL, 6 7/8" FSL, 4 7/8" MSEG

I’m asian so I kinda want length hehe, girth wise I’m pretty good but length wise I want atleast 6 or 7 inches, at the peak right now I’m about 5

Man what are you advising? If your advising the man to start hanging, then you shouldn’t be here giving advises to newbies like this. And if you mean after newbie routine in 4 5 month, then please be specific. He can’t start hanging in less then 4 5 month into PE. We can’t advice people to go in a very dangerous method of PE, while they just started PE.

Nothing that he said was dangerous. I’m sure that a grand portion of our members went from newbie routine directly to hanging. That actually could be the best potential route for some people.

Really! Then I would like you to tell me which moderator advice you that. I would really like to know. And guess what, When you talk about hanging and clamping this is not a joke, one mistake could leave you on the bench for a very very very long time. That’s why no moderator will ever tell you, okay you start today newbie routine, or this week, and after that you can just jump to clamping or pumping or hanging. Please I still insist if you are not experience person in PE, then don’t give any advice’s like this. And I dare any moderator to come and tell me I’m wrong. In the end if you start it, or the one who commented start it, or the one who open this thread start it, I will see the 3 of you in injuries section. And I hope this won’t happen. I’ve been in PE for almost a year, and until now I didn’t hang. In hanging if your not prepared, or 1 pound over what your penis could handle, you could say bye bye to your penis. Let us be realistic, and not just talk just to be talking. In the end this advice is free, and for his own good, I gain pretty fast, so obviously I’m not jealous, or I hate the guy, or I don’t want him to gain. Safety and instructions, Is the heart of PE.

If the newbie stops giving gains then hanging is an option, but not before.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I am not advising him to go directly to hanging. I said Newbie routine and then hanging. What I meant with that is: Do the newbie routine until you can’t get anymore gains with it and then start with hanging.

There is no reason for someone to start directly with hanging. You are shooting your bullets in the air this way. Newbie routine = easy gains. Hanging = harder gains and more time required. Exhaust all newbie routine gains and then start with the hanging.

Better you forget the bathmate for now Tyler. When you have enough experience to start pumping, better you start with a pump with a gauge.

Bro it should be clear for him not me. Check what you said up, Its not clear, now it is. Now he understand that after newbie in many month he can start hanging. I did have the right to pin point on what you said, specially when the other person said, you said nothing wrong. Now you said nothing wrong. Nothing personal, but we don’t want the guy to end up in injuries section. That’s all bro :)
