Best way for fast girth gains
Okay first let me just explain what I’m working with at the minuet and what I want to archive. My erect length is 6.2 inches and erect girth is 4.5 mid shaft.
I feel that I have a really thin penis. Almost to the point where I’m embarrassed.
I want to again around an inch in both senses making my aim to be 7 inches length and 5.5 girth.
I’m really concerned about my girth so I want to concentrate on that more.
I am a week in to PE and I have been doing some stretches, rotations and jelqs in the shower ever morning.
I just wanted to know the best (fastest) way of improving girth. Best exercises etc.
I am going to start some mild clamping tonight.
Can anyone tell me how long to took yourselves to gain some result in girth from past experiences?
