Best Way For Deep Manual Stretch?

Hey guys

I’ve been posting a lot lately as I’m obsessed with adding length over these next 6 months! I’m doing manual stretching so what’s the best technique for the best DEEP manual stretch? Like the best way to really pull on the ligs and really deform the cells to maximize potential growth over my first mini-goal 6 month period?

I get the best stretches with a high grip, thumb on the head. I found that in crouching position the frontal stretch (or slightly downward) is optimal to target my CCs, and upward stretch in standing position is optimal for my CS. I don’t believe in stretching the ligaments themselves. I think I gained 1.5cm over the last 6 months and it’s not lig or noob gains.

Corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum are the three tubes of erectile tissue that make the shaft. Stretching them extend the shaft. Whereas stretching the ligaments expose more of your shaft outside because the ligaments hold normally a part of it against the pubic symphysis.

I dont know if i just suck at streching but at least half the time i try to get a good deep downward stretch i end up with a bunch of red dots on the tip of my dick. I pull from the middle of the shaft down and i guess from squeezing so hard to get a good grip it like jelqs a ton of blood into my head and since im often holding it for a minute or more i get the capillaries popping. Used to pull from the head but then the head would feel numb.

I pull from the head and find a squat position the best for the really deep stretches.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

A well warmed cock stretch further, truth that can’t be denied. Assuming you are conditioned and got at least 6 months of experience, fulcrum stretches could be an exercise to try it out.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

In the routine of yours that thoughtful gold linked where do you grip? The most comfortable and effective grip for me has been right before the head however for some reason i get alot of petechiae when i do that because as im pulling down the head is swelling with blood.

Behind the head is where I grip too.

Wasn’t sure on the injuries comment - I only stretch gradually and ease off if it doesn’t feel right.

I’ve read some comments over the years which make me think they are beating up their dick!

I guess im beating it up based off the red dots but it doesnt feel painful or uncomfortable while stretching. And i only pull hard enough to feel it in my ligaments.
