Best type of Hanging device

What is the best type of hanging device?

I searched a lot about vac hanging through that silicon sleeve and such, but sometimes I read some guys saying to don’t buy a vac hang.

I would like to know your thoughts in that question because I want start hanging in 2 months, in order to cure my doubts I’d like to start this Thread.

First before you buy a hanger take into account the amount time you need to invest in hanging and that you will be incapacitated during your sessions. Then if you feel you can stick it out maybe make a homemade one to start so you can see if you like it. Personally I own a bib starter and tho I hate being incapacitated for hours I love the hanger. Once you learn to and find a wrap that works for you a bib is tried and true to hanging.

The Bib style is better specially for heavy weights. I think all kids of PE but ads will limit you multitasking ability but it’s better than manuals in this matter.

I also think Bib style is less prone to injuries compared to vac hangers.

I suggest staying away from a noose style hanger. I have a bib hanger and unless I was going to make my own (plenty of posts here about doing it), I think the bib is the best option.

The idea of vacuum hanging did not appeal to me. I read of folks complaining about problems where they attach. Rings, fluid build up, nothing life threatening though. Weight limits seem to be much less with vacuum hangers as well. I am sure there are vacuum hangers here thinking “I never had a problem!” To each their own.

I hang regularly and have had decent gains. All attributed to my Bib.

So I’ve read in TP that bib hangers have a tendency to stop blood flow, isn’t it bad? Like have to stop hanging to make your blood come through your penis again and again? If I buy a vacuum hanger I could do an ADS right ?
