Best techniques for Girth

Hey I am a newbie here but I want to know. What are the best exercises for girth. I am 7 inches and 5.3 girth. But I want to get my girth alot higher like up to at least 5.7 or even 6 inches. I will probably make my length 7.5 inches but I am assuming length shouldn’t be hard because I am only . 5 length away in length. So far it looks like length is easier to obtain when I compare length results to girth but I could be wrong since I am just a newbie. I really don’t know much about this. But I think girth still looks harder to achieve looks harder to achieve. Anyone can give me the heads up for girth and what are the best exercises for girth? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Oh yes I started jelqing like 2 days ago and I kind of went a little to rough already. I tried dry jelqing and I am not sure but I scrapped alittle of my skin when jelqing. Just a tiny bit but I am not sure since the penis is made of tissue that does that mean that other tissue can die and actually make my penis smaller? Or it shouldn’t happen? I don’t, I am just paranoid, Sorry If I sound dumb but I don’t want my penis to get smaller because I heard that if you damage tissue and tha tissue dies that other tissue around it die also. I am not sure though

Oh yes and What would be good diets for penis growth? Any particular vitamins I should watch for? I currently learned about omega 3 and I think omega 7 . I am starting to take those for a healthy brain also but I also learned that one of the omega 3 is also good for you heart and circulation system. I am thinking maybe omega 3 can help also with blood circulation keeping it good and healthy for sexual performance also. But of course you can’t eat too much junk food either and I am also taking anti oxidants now also. What would be Ideal things to be healthy and can contribute to penis growth?

Welcome Staffy. Search search search… there is tons of information here about all your questions.

1) Vitamins: check out the supplements forum. I have only recently begun experimenting with these, but primarily for general health rather than PE specific.

2) Dry Jelq: I’ve always done dry jelqs and have “scraped my skin”. I have no idea what you did, but ease up on the little guy, give him some time to adjust. You are throwing a lot of new sensations and pressures on him that you never have before.

3) I can’t think of a single PE event that would make your penis smaller. If the tissue in your penis started to actually die (necrosis) then you would have a lot more to worry about than your size. Of course you can injure yourself, especially if you go too hard too soon, so take it easy. Slow and steady wins the race. Check out the Injuries/Treatments forum.

4) Diet - There is discussion over whether certain foods and supplements can assist in PE, largely having to do with increased cardio-vascular fitness. In my opinion, if you should eat healthy and exercise regularly. Your overall health will contribute as much to your PE as it will your general well being.

5) In all PE matters - Read a lot, do your research, ask questions, and proceed with caution.

Don’t worry, you don’t sound dumb. We all have the same doubts, concerns, and fears, especially at the beginning. And rightfully so! This is the only penis you get, so you want to be cautious.

Hey I don’t know if it’s from puberty or the jelqing but I think my girth grew .05- .1 girth in like 4days. I measured my girth again today a few times and it keep saying my girth middle of my penis was at least 5.35 to 5.4 but I am not sure. It could be I could be 5.4 and then my erection goes down a little because I need to mess around and watch the porn to keep it up but when my attention goes away and I focus on measuring my penis my penis full erection starts to get less erect slowly

I messed up My penis really probably grew to 5.37 and half of a hundreds girth wise

Staffy, I think you are trying to measure too finely. There are going to be natural ebbs and flows in size depending on your energy level, arousal level, time since last usage, etc. etc. I think trying to measure to the 1/100ths of an inch will only frustrate you. Most of us suffer a little degradation while trying to measure, so just expect that.

Yeah, before PE I haven’t really measured much but what I thought was a strong erection turned out to be 1/4inch shorter? Maybe because I was tired or hungry?

Huh, what ?? You don’t know if it’s from puberty!! That reads like you are saying you are still in puberty. You know you need to be over 18 years of age to enter into these forums. Exactly how old are you?
