Hi guys, so I want to use another technique to make the penis thicker because I really can not make proper Jelqs due to too much loose skin on my penis and because I just feel no results after 2 months, I can stretch all day long, but Jelq seems ineffective for me, then what suggestion would you give me to replace this exercise? Clamping ? Pumping? Take safety and efficacy into consideration please ! Thank You !

If you are done with jelqing and have ruled out doing it wrong, then I would suggest pumping. Clamping is effective but it is more of an advanced routine and could be dangerous for newbies.

Hey RG,

The best substitute for jelqs is easy… jelqs.

I am kinda surprised there aren’t more threads with this topic… because I was exactly were you are now for the same reasons.
My answer was to not include jelqs in my routine… simple.
The thing is tho, that was a bad/wrong decision by me and I know it now. Sure I tried one of the Jelq contraptions but that was a waste of money and maybe even worse then normal jelqs.

It took me two years to figure it out but I needed jelqs and they also help a ton with EQ.

A couple options for you,
Have you tried V jelqs. For me these were better then normal jelqs.

What I do more tho is one handed jelqs. Grip at the base with one hand, then force the second hand behind the first. The second hand stays in place, holds the skin back, and at times adds a light squeeze for added blood while the front hand does a slow slow Jelq.
Repeat

You wont get as many strokes in per session but you will see it works.

I also found jelqing to be ineffective. I tried v- jelqs, underhand and overhead ok-grip jelqs but after two months with no improvement in EQ or girth I had to drop them.

With a little searching I found something called squeezes where you form an ok-grip just underneath the glans and another one at the base of the shaft and squeeze both as hard as you can. It is recommended you do these with a full erection but I find I get better expansion with a 70-80% erection.

This however is an advanced exercise and as such it is best to start slow. 5 sets of 5 second squeezes is a good starting point and you can work your way up from there.

Hi Guys ! My erection level at the moment of the Jelqs is around 50% or less, I can’t do it with more than that because my penis gets hard enough to make really hard to stimulate the blood into the penis trough my fingers, I don’t know if you guys know are I mean.. Is there a standard proper percentage of erection level to Jelq or it depends on each case/body ? But I will try to do the really slow jelqs and tell if I felt something different. Now about pumping, are there websites that sell it or we gotta build it on our own ? Thanks for the tips guys.
