Now my issue here is.. That I read a post about the amount of stretch-power applied, or meant to be applied.
It said that (during the power-stretch, v-stretch)
"If NOT enough force is applied, it will be HARDER to stretch later on because the fibres will grow THICKER”
But, is too little pressure negative as said in the referent post?

I thught it was better not to apply much force from the begining, because you can pull harder later, when you need to change your routine, but I would like to know that as well. Now I’m confused. Can anybody help us with this, please?
