That’s a nice summary of the newbie methods, but I’m not certain how they can make “quick” gains. And a half inch in a month? I doubt that would happen with everyone.

No my friends has been following this steps and routines for the last 29 days and , one of them gained, 0.6 in erect, and the other 0.5 in erect.

Only program I have ever been in is and I didn’t receive that from there, my friends have been trying gain length really quick so they were studying up on some free exercises programs and came across this on the penis health/PYG forum and they have been doing it, so I will start today and update people with the result in one month.

I agree like stated in other threads under doing it is better then over doing it. You only get one dick to work with. Oh ya and just a question, are my penis stats showing at the bottom of my entry and if not how do I make them show up?

Wear an ADS during your waking hours and nothing, or an Xleeve at night. The night is when your penis can rest completely. Keeping it in an elongated state for a long time after doing exercises will allow the penis to heal in an extended state and thus grow faster.

I don’t see how people wear Xleeves all night, my cock turns purple and cold from it so I worry about leaving it on too long.

First of all - never use a contraption on your dick overnight. That can result in serious problems due to lack of circulation. But if you are really really set up on having a useless dick, please, go on.

Second - there is no magic exercise for experiencing quick gains. You can get newbie gains in the start, pretty quick too, but after that they slow down. But whether you get newbie gains or not depends most on your individual body type and genetics.

So the best advice I can give to all of you who search for the magic solution is this: start with the newbie routine, be consistent, take rest days off.
Balooning is good for gains too.
