I have been a member for awhile, but never really committed. I have a few questions on how to increase length and girth most in the fastest amount of time.

My first question is which routine gives best results.

My second question is what kind of diet would produce best results (or specific vitamins/minerals).

I would also like to know if anything (example: alcohol) would slow or reduce growth.

My last question is if exercise (cardiac/strength mainly) would increase results.

Any other tips for producing results are appreciated.

I apologize if any of these questions have been asked before.

Gotta go, fast answers:
1. The Newbie Routine gives the best results.
2. Eat good food, don’t eat junk food. You want your blood flowing right.
3. I’ve heard caffeine is bad, alcohol can’t help.
4. Exercise has been known to help, stronger heart means stronger erections and more possibility for growth.

Tips: Don’t do too much, watch your PIs (check the articles section). You should get better and more frequent erections if you’re doing it right. Oh, and don’t be lazy. Do your routine when you say you will.

You could not have said this any better kazooplayer.

Do you want to hurt yourself? Then by all means go fast. You will realize, as do most, that after your newbie gains (IF you get them) its a long climb up the ruler. Its taken a year and a half to go from 6 to 7 1/2 inches bpel. There is no fast way.


09-01-07= 6" Bpel & 4.5"

01-10-20 = 8&1/4" x 6"

Being in a hurry to make gains could create an injury, especially if you happen to have a sensitive dick. Consider this routine if you’ve never done one before:

and use the advice given in this thread to decide when to up the intensity/time of your workouts:

The basic Newbie routine should get you pretty far, but keep an eye on this thread for other fast-gaining routines: Design The Ultimate Fast Gains Routine

For good length gains, an ADS device, worn at least 8 hours per day, with relatively low tension, as per westsidetoni’s post, seems like a good idea: My gains (start 1-1-2007)

For girth, consider dry jelqs (use more care than wet jelqs), then after several months, when your unit is conditioned enough, you might consider clamping. Most experienced members here would recommend working on length before girth, as the latter is more difficult to acquire and requires more rest days.

To recap, try basic stretches and jelqing for the first three months, paying close attention to how your unit responds after each session (should feel a little fatigued for a few hours - if sore the next day or your erection quality (EQ) diminishes substantially, rest a day or two). Being a fellow Canuck, I also recommend polar fleece long-johns over boxer-briefs to keep your unit warm after PEing during the winter :leftie: .

I find exercise beneficial to maintain flaccid gains after a workout.

To help prevent turtling after a PE workout, I try to do my gym workout shortly after doing PE.
I find that afterward my flaccid length and elasticity is at it’s best.

I do 30 min. Of cycling, stairclimbing, and/or running, plus weights, and I think the leg work really increases circulation to the penis since it is right down there near the legs.

You’re stressing at the details when the most important thing that you will need to tackle is consistency and commitment.

I’d say get that down right first before tackling the rest.


Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

I never really thought of it, but alcohol actually increased testosterone levels in your body, and I read here that testosterone actually helps, both in healing and also in erection frequency.
So maybe a little bit of alcohol can actually help. :)

Except drowning. Drowning in moderation is bad no matter how you look at it! :)

I think it’s the opposite. Hops contain phytoestrogens, which, in a high enough dosage will increase the size of your woman’s tits, but, unfortunately, yours as well :P

Thank you everyone who has posted, I already knew not to overwork it, but it appears that less is known about it then I thought. I’m just gonna go consistent, exercise, eat healthy, and try to avoid caffeine. And I will definitely consider the thermal underwear. I’m going to try techniques that help overall body growth, as even if they don’t help (which I personally think they will), they can’t hurt.

Any further advice anyone has is still appreciated.

Yeah there was a study done in Germany not too long ago that found the same thing. Oestrogen levels in casual beer drinkers were higher than non-beer drinkers. There was also another study that found half a pint can increase concentration, drive and the ability to perform tasks at a slightly higher level. Anything more than half a pint and it starts to get worse.
