Being in a hurry to make gains could create an injury, especially if you happen to have a sensitive dick. Consider this routine if you’ve never done one before:

For good length gains, an ADS device, worn at least 8 hours per day, with relatively low tension, as per westsidetoni’s post, seems like a good idea: My gains (start 1-1-2007)
For girth, consider dry jelqs (use more care than wet jelqs), then after several months, when your unit is conditioned enough, you might consider clamping. Most experienced members here would recommend working on length before girth, as the latter is more difficult to acquire and requires more rest days.
To recap, try basic stretches and jelqing for the first three months, paying close attention to how your unit responds after each session (should feel a little fatigued for a few hours - if sore the next day or your erection quality (EQ) diminishes substantially, rest a day or two).
