So can someone please tell me what if any products out there are worth their money? I’ve seen everything from pumps (bathemate), hangers, extenders, autoxleeve, hardwear (rings), etc.. It is honestly quite overwhelming. I am happy to buy one or more of them to get the best gains, but looking for feedback on what works best & where I should invest my money/time.

Successful PE has a lot more to do with consistency that spending. Your hands are probably the best tool. Save your money, at least for 6 months, and start with the Newbie Routine.
I could have sworn there was a quote in the quote database from avocet likening PE to building a ship in a bottle. It’s that kind of dogged attitude you need to develop to be successful.

If you are after length gains I would aim for length before doing any girth work. Bib hanger, pe weights and stretching until you reach your length goal. After start girth work- clamping
Socks and rice. Any type will do. The rice sock is a must for warm ups and warm downs during PE.
