Best Pill's?

I am going to do 30 min’s of jelq a day and take pill’s but which ones should i take? sorry so many questions guys just starting……

Pills are garbage. They are but a marketing scheme. A ploy. Meant to leech off of mens insecurities when it comes to their cocks. Don’t take any pills. Period.

Do you mean pills as in supplements? L-arginine is inexpensive, and can be purchased at any vitamin/health supplements shop.

I can tell you haven’t done any reading in the Newbie Forum, otherwise you wouldn’t be asking about penis pills and you wouldn’t be starting out with 30 minutes of jelqing right off the bat.

Take a few minutes to look at the first thread in the Newbie Forum entitled: Important Newbie Threads/Info and in there, read the Newbie Primer, the Newbie Routine and the Quick Start Guide To Manual Exercises.

I think you will find that for just starting out, 10 minutes of jelqing is recommended as you start conditioning your cock to these vigorous exercises.

So for now, read more and jelq less.

Save your money on the pills. I tried two of the brands before finding Thunders. Took them for over six months. They did absolutely nothing.

I would recommend advil or tylenol cause your hands will be sore after stretching and jelqing
