Ok I don’t know if this should be in the newbie section, or Main members, but either way here I go.

I have done tons of searching on the site, and accumulated all the best workout threads I can find based off of results, or just in my own opinion common since. In this workout there is no hanging, clamping, or pumping. Its all manual (with your hands).

Basically it’s going to be 4 sessions a day. There’s 2 stretch sessions, a girth session, and finally an edging / kegeling session. I’ve tried incorporating all the techniques I hear work best for people. What I mean by best is, it covers, length, girth, and EQ.

The first session:

5-10 min Warm cloth warm up
10-15 min manual stretch (30 sec - 1 min hold) any direction you want just try to “feel” a good stretch
(optional) 5 min warm cloth warm up
20 3-5 sec jelqs just to get some fresh blood flow again
5-10 min warm cloth warm down

The Second session:

5-10 min warm cloth warm up
5-10 sets of (based on how conditioned you are) 20, 3-5sec 70% - 90% jelqs then 1-2, 30 sec horse squeezes
2-5 min of sadsak head exercises
20 3-5 sec jelqs
5-10 min warm cloth warm down

The Third Session:

(same as first session)
5-10 min Warm cloth warm up

The Forth session:

I personally don’t think its necessary to warm up or warm down for this, but if you want to, go ahead. I just know how time consuming warming up can be. But I do consider this one of the most important sessions.

Your going to want to edge for 20-30 min. Short and simple. Try to mix in 50-100, 5-10 sec kegel holds through out the session.

Now it sounds like a lot and your over working yourself. But once you try it you’ll realize its not as bad and time consuming as it sounds. There is obviously tons of different exercises you can perform instead. This is just my personal routine I came up with that I will be start doing Because I feel this covers all the criteria on hitting all key points on accumulating overall gains. I forgot to add the routine schedule. 5 days on 2 days off is what I’m going to try. If I get sore before then, then I’ll stop until I’m no longer sore. That should go the same for you. (Taking the day off if your sore)

All four sessions in one day, 5 days per week? Sounds overly exhaustive and complicated to me. Could you elaborate a bit into why you feel this is the best possible routine?

Of course. Through out all my thread searches. I found two sessions of stretching to offer the the most results in length gains. Possibly keeping a constant stretch helps with gains, I don’t know for sure. But it’s just what I found that works the most for length.

The girth section is just my opinion on optimal expansion you can offer to your penis manually with out going too advanced.

But the real reason I think this workout is best is because it requires an edging and kegel session. Almost every thread I read, edging and kegeling boost EQ greatly.

So If I put together the the most efficient length method I could find, and a overall good girth work out, with the Edging and kegeling session, I see realistic gains.

The EQ session is the icing on the cake to the whole workout IMO. Because If you have great EQ and are able to get 100% rock hard erections, during that erection your expanding. And not only are you expanding, but with a broken down penis. having a 100% erection with a broken down penis from the stretching and girth exercises couldn’t be better for healing with better gains.

And I do agree with you about the 5 day on. That could be very taxing. That’s why I mentioned to take a day off if your feeling sore. But you may do what ever schedule you want. 5 on is just what I’m going to try.
