Hello everyone,

What are your thoughts on best jelq method for length gains?
And one more question. I am currently doing wet jelq with one hand because I have turkey neck.
Should I continue doing it that way or should I switch to dry jelq? (I didn’t get impression dry jelq is good for length gains)

I got all my length gains from a 5 minute warm-up,then 5 minutes of stretching, followed by wet jelqs. Then do some edging for 10 to 20 minutes. You should be good. Slap an extender on for a few hours after this workout if you have one. That’s how I got all my gains. Good luck in your efforts.

Raybbaby, what gains are we talking about and how long did it take to get these gains with tgis routine? Ah and also how many hours did you extend for ? Very interesting.

My first length gains came really fast and easy. I don’t want to say just how fast as I don’t think it sets a realistic expectation for anyone else. But I extended for about four hours after each session, at very LOW stretch. I set the arms of my extender at about eighty percent of my bone pressed length. That combo of short, simple routine and low tension stretching, basically allowing the penis to recover in a just slightly longer than usual flaccid state, brought me length gains that I now would kill for. Although, I am not really in desperate need of more length. So maybe I wouldn’t “kill” for them. Just remember, your gains will likely come at a different rate than anyone else.

It was more jelq focused, and yes I am also doing stretches :)

I think it was about five minutes of stretching, followed by five minutes of jelqing. Five days on, then two days off. And then when I started up on the next five days. I added fifty more jelqs. I was not going by time jelqing, but counting each jelq. So if I did a hundred during my first week’s workouts, I would do a hundred and fifty on my next week, and so on and so on, until I hit a plateau, I think it was around eight hundred, but possibly only six hundred. It was a lot of years ago.
