I have read time and time again about infrared lamps and how they are the miracle warm up, but I have yet to find someone who will tell me their opinion on the best.
I live in the USA and would prefer a lamp to a massager.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Try doing a :search: (Top right of page), on ‘infra red lamps’ and you will find more information than you can manage!
