As title, can recommend a nice girth increase exercises ? (Hopefully to increase length too)

My dick is damn skinny.. Have been doing jelqing for few months,seems like it improve slightly on length, girth do not see result.

Some links to get you started. How long have you been jelqing? Gaining any amount of girth takes a long time. I have made all of my girth gains through jelqing. When I reach my length goal, I plan to utilize one or more of these to focus on girth specifically.

If you want a boost in length and girth then Orange Bends are your best bet IMO.

Yes O-Bends are very good, I also like to squeez as I do the Bends, to realy concentrate the expansion on any part of the shaft. Squeezed O-bends followed by 5-10 minute clamp sets to fill out the expansion, try this combo.

Girth work takes a different mindset, you need to be disciplined to see results.


Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

Why do you think it works in a different manner and you need to be more disciplined to see results? I think length work requires more consistency, meaning it should be done with short breaks(like everyday), but with girth you need more rest,so , more flexibility in life, in the latter case. :)

For me stretching is not rocket science, you simply stretch out your flaccid penis in different directions for a given amount of time. But Girth work requires me to attack every part of the tunica/shaft with great intensity to see it balloon up, at the same time keeping the right amount of erection and avoiding injuries. Then you have clamping which requires me to edge like a mother fucker without busting, keeping the highest amount of erection without making my dick explode. There are lots of factors at play for girth work, for me anyways, that’s why I believe you need to be very disciplined to master girth work and see results. But once you do master it, there is no experience as rewarding.
