Hi All,

I have been PEing for a little over 2 months now. I’ve seemed to have plenty luck in length gaining from manual stretching but I have not really gained any girth yet from jelqing. Just wanted to know what you guys have done for girth gains. Thanks.

I am interested in this too since I have a rush to achieve 5.6” MSEG, I am becoming anxious.

Surprisingly I am interested in this too as I believe I will be reaching my length gains a lot sooner than I thought and would like to start a solid girth routine. I hear clamping is the best but its super dangerous.

There is an interesting post in the italian section from a veteran (10 years in PE) that reccomends cockrings during the exercises and after them for a while.

It says that results for girth are amazing (they should, according to his stats!)

I’ve read about clamping, but I think I’m going to wait a few more months before I jump into that so I don’t injure myself. I’ve heard pretty good things about it also but you won’t injure yourself if you take your time and do it right I suppose.

I’ve had pretty good luck with just jelqs. Straight out, left, and right. I dont really do any up or down I dont know why, but maybe one day.

I’ve been at this for over ten years off and on. If you want to seriously gain girth then…

1.Do nothing but girth exercises for atleast six months.

2.Warm up very well and often.

3.Pump very light for ten minutes to get blood flowing.

4.Start with 100 or so jelqs to fatigue you and keep from seriously hurting yourself.

5.Try a few special exercises like half jelqs and trap jells. When it takes longer than 2-3 minutes to get hard again you’re done!

6.Pump again for 10-15 minutes at under 5hg and really feel the stretch on your ballooning manhood.

7.Pump 10-15 minutes once a day to keep up blood flow.

There you have it. 7 lucky steps for gaining pure massive girth.

STAY AWAY FROM CLAMPS NOOBS!

Thanks for that post TheGreatDivider. Would you recommend cockrings to go along after a routine? Also I bought a BathMate a while back and have not used it because I don’t want girth but could I substitute it as a Pump even though its water based? Which would you say works better if you have an opinion.

Even though clamping can be dangerous, I find it’s an intuitive process and easily tweakable; not one click and: “pop” you’re scraping your dick off the walls.

For noobs, cock rings are a bad idea unless it’s for sex. You really don’t want to cut off that oxygen rich blood flow too much until you’ve had about a year of experience and have maximum blood flow to prove it. I like to think of it being the same as your first year of bodybuilding where most of your first gains come from the improved CNS-link and blood flow. Really take your first year to learn how your penis responds to stress and healing and learn from it. That’s what every vet here will tell you sooner or later.

Go ahead and use your bathmate as instructed despite wether your goal is length or girth. Pumping will greatly improve blood flow needed to jelq and recover. I would reccomend light pumping to anyone daily because of how fast it cuts down healing time along with heat. Personally, I have never tried a bathmate and don’t intend to. I don’t care for wet pumping much. Now a good pump setup with a heating pad, right sized tube, and a brake bleeding kit…. I’ve had mine forever and the only thing I had to replace was the cheap hand pump.

My bathmate is on the way, im stoked!

I love clamping and at the present, it’s all I do. I hit a length plateau last year and I’m leaving my stretching until inspiration hits again.

Clamping isn’t for new guys starting out, but with caution, one can begin with a few minutes at a time with the understanding that damage can be done if you aren`t careful. Like with anything in P.E. Moderation is the key to begin with.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
