What month would you guys say you had your best gains in? Was it after month one, or month two when you got a better handle on the exercises, or did it take you much longer?
I actually had fairly steady gains through hanging, but I’d say that on average guys make their best gains sometime in the first six months.

First month. Priceless for me. At this moment I´m on my third and gains are slowing down.
I only start to see result on the 2nd month… I’m going on to the 3rd month, the gain is still very minimal! :(

2nd month for me but I am only in my third month now.
I never got any real gains until I found my best my exercises after 6 months, it’s just starting to get really good right now about 8/9 months since I started. My gains used to never stay more than a few hours but these ones are’nt going anywhere.
