Best for length
What would be best for getting length gains?
1. Buying a redi-stretcher and beginning a hanging program. Problem is I don’t know how consistent I can be due to time constraints. I’ve gotten kind of turned off to hanging by folks who say that if you can’t hang EVERYDAY then don’t hang.
2. Buying a pump and starting a pumping program with a tube that I am close to packing so as to induce length gains.
For those that choose #2, what size tube would be best? Current stats are
6.5 NBP x 6 base girth/5.25 girth below head.
