Hey guys, so I have finally hit my 8 bpel inch mark (from 6.7) and now I am going for the girth gains. I got from 4.5 to 5 by jelqing alone, but I’m going for the big 6! Now, I’m trying to see what the best method from experience is for other people!

I never let a half stepper get ahead of me.

Squeezes, bends, bundled stretches and clamping have all helped me. Just start out easy. If you haven’t already, check out Big Girtha’s posts on clamping.

2011 Bpel-7 3/8", Eg-5 1/4"

Clamping (only suggesting it because you already have a very well trained unit). Start slow, though.

I would stick with what you have done to get from 4.5 to 5. If it is working, stick with what you are currently doing.

How long have you been doing PE?

Hey sandisk932! I would suggest doing dry jelqing. It is a bit more intense, but it works more girth then length. Also, start incorporating squeezes and Uli’s. Clamping would be best left for later, if at all.

One important thing - start out slowly, and really gradually increase the intensity. The thing is that most injuries happen when people do girth exercises, because it’s really rather easy to overtrain. Example - you are having a great session, your dick has inflated so you decide to do a bit more. Tomorrow your dick doesn’t go hard as easily, but you still do a routine because you don’t want to skip a day and want to see that big dick again. And the day after, you have a really hard time getting it up, because your dick is whipped. Avoid things like these.

Be aware of your body and cock, and gains will come in time.
