What are everyone’s opinions on getting bigger and better length gains? Right now I’m doing the newbie routine and I have seen excellent improvement in girth but so much in length, also I have noticed that my member has more improved vein show. Maybe I should increase stretch times?

Hanging.. I recently started hanging (about 3 months ago) and have gained slightly over .25 inches.

I understand the concept behind doing a newbie routine first, however, I agree with bib’s opinion. It is okay to start hanging along as you do it safely. I’ve abdopted this phillosphy and it has worked for me. Hanging on average gives people the most consistent length gains and I’m glad I chose this method for myself.

Even though I personally agree with you, you have to be careful making statements like that without proof to back it up.
