Best cylinders for V-stretch

Just wanted to get some ideas for some good cylinders that people have had a lot of success with using??

I’d say get one that’s a bit larger than you are .

Success is from being consistent with it .

I got a V-Tech I like a lot .

My opinion .

When I watched the aided V-Stretch video when the guy puts the drumstick behind his legs and then wraps his unit underneath. It’s hard to tell if he’s getting a good stretch?

Plus he has pretty skinny legs. I have bigger legs so wouldn’t it be harder to do the V-Stretch this way??

Please can someone help me out with this? And is there another way to do V-Stretches with a cylinder?

Well, why not try some different things and see what works best for you? Personally, I think something as small in diameter a a drumstick is too small to be comfortable. Some guys don’t. I’ve used a broomstick, some guys like something even bigger like a piece of pipe. Try different things.

One last question do you put any padding around the broom like the guy in video does for the drumstick??

And where do you position the broom stick on your shaft??

Well, some guys use padding, some don’t. Try using padding and see if you like it better than not using padding. Try different positions for the stretch. With some experimenting you’ll be able to determine for yourself what seems to work best.

I’d venture that the most successful PEers are those who are innovative and aren’t afraid to experiment within the bounds of safety that’ve already been set.

What is a 1/2 schedule 40 pvc irrigation pipe?

They will know at the hardware store. 1/2” inside diameter. schedule 40 is the thickness of the wall. 40 is thinner wall than 80. If it is not too expensive (shouldn’t be), buy both.

A good Ace Hardware will cut a piece to length for you.

Or measure the outside diameter and find something around the house that matches it.
