The question of the thread is fairly pointless.
I can only go on my experience thus far.
1 - Am I to believe there are thousands of deluded souls here on Thunders making stories of gains up? Some maybe, all?
2 - Am I to believe my own eyes when I see a 0.5” increase in my own unit (see my pictures!)? I have no reaosn to lie, I was a suspicious as most when I first found the site.
I believe most people can add 1” over a period of time. I believe people when they say they can add 2” over a period of time. I believe some people are credible in saying they have added 2”.
Reality check though. Just because some people can add 2” doesn’t mean you can. Maybe you can, it’s most likely you cannot and in reality to get there you will probably have to spend an insane amount of time trying.
The question for anyone is this. Is a potential 1” downstairs worth 2000 plus hours of PE over numerous years, day-in, day-out? To some it is. However, what is your motivation? If it is to attract the ladies, I can assure you working 2000 hours overtime and being loaded is probably much more attractive to the ladies!
PE can work for everyone in some capacity or another, but it is a question of your own body make-up and dedication as to what “credible” results you see.
