My penis has a bend in it, only it starts at the base, not in the shaft. The bend is to the left. Also, it’s twisted a little bit to the right.
Are there any exercises to straighten it out? I know I’m supposed to jelq against the bend, but being at the base I can’t really do that (i can’t jelq that high). At the moment I’m stretching the left side ligs more but I don’t know if doing only this helps (the bend seems to be in the actual shaft).

Try applying constant traction with a device such as the pro-extender or hanging. If that does not work consider plastic surgery.
