So you stretch every day, an entire session like 4sets (5direction stretches), v-stretch etc… ?

How about the recommended resting days, BS?
I only do 2 days, 1 of… Is it ok to stretch even the rest day, but NOT jelq?

And also, is’nt WARM up necessary when doing sit-down stretch in front of tv and peeing??

hmm … I generally try to pee whilst not in front of the TV but each to their own.

Anyway Loki, I’m curious to know how hard you pull. And I know it’s difficult to quantify this but do you pull lightly, or with the force of a team of oxen or somewhere in between? I do a lot of manual stretching and sometimes wonder if I should just be yanking harder. I give it, what I think, is an almighty pull but I guess it’s all relative.

But it seems he doesnt warm up when doing those stretches…

Yes I stretch every day, I take days off from girth routine.

I pull very hard, I use 2 hands, but I’m conditioned. If I feel any pain I back off a bit.

After I got conditioned I dropped the warmup completely, I just start off light then I work up to full force. I don’t feel I’m doing any harm to my ligs. I feel if you think you need to warmup, then warmup, we are all different. It is hard to tell you how hard I pull, but it is VERY hard, but again, workup to it.
