Being really skinny - the key to a big penis. And other advice.

My theory is that the skinnier the guy is (especially during the growing period 14-21) the bigger the penis. My theory is it is not mainly genetics that determines penis size, but frequency and strength of spontaneous erections.
I have been a porn user/addict for about 15 years now. And it is always the skinny guys that have the biggest ones. With the anorexic looking ones have the biggest. People like Danny D or Ramon from bangbus. I rarely see an obese guy with a penis bigger than 7 inches. And I know you might say that is because of the fat pad. But I am taking the fat pad into account.

It makes sense. Being skinny means that there is less cholesterol clogging arteries. So your erections are stronger. These frequent harder long-lasting spontaneous erections are what I think expand penis. There may also be extra testosterone but that isn’t really the foundation of my theory.

So I recommend being as thin as possible - anorexic looking.
You want spontaneous erections. One thing which I think can limit penis size is damage to the spongy chambers of the penis through excess pressure. This means energy goes into repair rather than growth. It also means that the erections aren’t as hard. If you aren’t getting rock hard spontaneous erections - this is a sign your penis is damaged.

Limit masturbation to at most once every 2 days. The strong death grip can damage the spongy chambers which will decrease blood flow. So give it a chance to repair. Again, if you are getting frequent spontaneous erections that is a sign that all is good.

Also - exercise. Run every day. The fitter you are, the harder the erections. It will also help with the weight loss.

There are also supplements you can take. Some have been shown to increase blood flow. You can search online for penis enlargement supplements. Just as a starter I take: Horny goat weed and macca root. Urtica Dioica (stinging nettle), Arginine, Ginkgo Biloba. 1-2 tablets of each a day. Search ebay if you can’t find it on normal web stores.

The thin vs big cock is partially true. From what I’ve read, less adipose tissue equals better blood flow. This is because the adipose tissue acts to construct the blood vessels in the body. I’m not a doctor this is just something I read.

The other part. The really significant part is that it is about perception. The same cock will look much bigger on a small guy. If you are 7x5.5 and 155, you cock will look enormous. The same man puts on 100 lbs, it looks small by comparison. When I was squatting in the low 600’s, my legs were 31” around, it made me look tiny down there. I was about 265 then. By losing 20 lbs, it almost looks out of proportion now. I think hanging has increased my base girth, though; it’s close to 7 now. That may be part of it. :)

Well I’ve been skinny all my life and especially so before joining the army and I’m afraid that my unit is not anything close to big so… not sure about this :)

It is pretty much discounted that there is any relationship between penis size and any physical characteristic of the human body. You name it, it just doesn’t hold true. Skinny, big feet, big hands, long fingers, tall, short and countless polls never show any kind of clue as to the size of the cock hanging between a guys legs. Oh, there is one clue, the size of the bulge, but even that can’t always be trusted. 😉


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I will be the first to admit the fat pad kills a lot of cock for bigger guys. Back when I was at .5” fat pad say 30 or 40 pounds ago, I looked nicer. Despite having a smaller unit the proportion was nicer then than now with 1 inch of fat pad.

That said, if being thin is the only way, we’d have to kick out many of our membership. Because getting thin is more than a notion for most of us (even me and I’m not too overweight) and impossible for others due to medical conditions.

So I would be more likely to say being thin is a perk less a requirement much like shaved pubes to get an edge sizewise. Cuz everyone just can’t manage it.

I had a friend in the industry, and have met quite a few people in the industry and they look for the following things in the male talent for regular old porn:

- Height 5’ 6” to 6”

- VERY LEAN but also VERY SKINNY, this way they look muscular even though they are super skinny dudes

- Average to Large Penis

Most the dicks you are seeing in porn aren’t huge, its camera angles combined with an above average sized penis on a below average sized dude paired with a very tiny girl.

Testosterone is important for the development of the penis. If you are too skinny and really low cholesterol you will also have testosterone issues. (T is derived from cholesterol).
It is mainly genetics. And exercise. If you become leaner it will look bigger.

Now.. If you are fat, bordering obese, or skinny almost anorexic looking, you WILL hurt your development. No matter genetics.

Google Ron Jeremy….I doubt he was ever thin/annorexic looking.

Honestly if anything, being healthy is what would matter most. If all you ate was junk or you starved yourself your body isn’t getting the nutrients/building blocks it needs. If you are anywhere between the two extremes, it shouldn’t have much (if any) impact on size.

I remember this was one of the things that depressed Rob Kardashian when he got fat. He said his penis looked so small.

It seems to me that you are born with what you got; however, being at max potential comes with good diet, physical activity and good mental health. Not sure if nailing all three of those is going to give you much more than an additional .75”? Most of that gain would probably be reduced fat pad, next would be optimum EQ.

Couldn’t agree more, there are plenty of people out there with high cholesterol and blood pressure who are skinny/thin.
