Behind the leg stretch

Has anyone tried this? I started using the basic OK grip but I reach under my leg and stretch from behind, sort of a reverse stretch. I get a huge amount of torch that way because I can use the hamstring muscle as a lever off of my fore arm. I do both right and left hands and I really feel the pull much more. I’ve been stretching for years but I’m actually committing to more time and consistency this go around.

Any thoughts?
