Should I do stretches even though I’m only opting for girth growth?
How many minutes of jelqing per day?
When should I start clamping,Ulis,horses?
Who has good results with any PE pill/patches, dietary supplements,steroids, hormones?

I just starting as well and want more girth. I’m wondering all the same questions as the above. Thanks

Let me ask you, what’s harder to stretch: a thin rubber band, or a big thick one?

If you go for girth first of all you’ll find it hard to gain length afterwards (as I’m finding out), so the general rule is you go for length, then girth.

That said, you’re already a good length. Do the newbie routine for three months. It’ll help you learn the limits of your penis.

If you go into the gym and look at at 100lb weight, you’ll most likely think, “that’s too much, I’ll never be able to curl that.” Or if you look at a running machine and set it so you run at 15 mph for an hour - You know this’ll be too much.

At the moment you don’t know what’s too much for your dick. You need to learn this - and the newbie routine does this.

If you are interested in girth pumping is a good way to go, but I’d always recommend jelqing as well.

1 I’ll advise to do that yes. Your length goal is over an inch bigger than you currently are. It wouldn’t really matter when you would gain a little length, would it :) ?
2 Start with 10 minutes. Jelqing at an high erection level (60-80%) will aim for girth gains.
3 After three consistent months of doing the newbie routine. Doing the newbie routine is required to condition your cock.
4 Forget about that nonsense, that will only empty your wallet.

I hear DHT grows your piece and pill/patches just promote bloodflow.

Eh, I’m not too sure about the whole rubber band theory. It has been discussed here many times and there has been no clear conclusion yet. Some say go for length then girth. Some say do both. I with the latter. I have yet to see and solid evidence that gain girth hurts length. What I have seen are a few individuals that have had trouble gaining after girth, but there is no proof that is it the girth that cause it when it might have been that they just hit a plateau.

So my input is do both.

I agree with Iconically, I’m finding the same problem. I was looking more for length than girth at first.
But to my surprise got both, Now I’m still looking for lenght but have hit a plateau on lenght because of girth.
Now I’m working more on stretching.

Pre-heat the whole package in a heating pad for about 10 - 15 minutes so everything is warm.

Stretch until its hard then slather up with the vasoline and go into the pump

Maintain approx 3 to 5 hg of pressure until you start to feel the burn on your sack then remove from the pump.

Jelq 100 or so times and get as hard as possible then go into the pump until you feel the burn then remove and repeat.

Provided you keep the pressure low and remove every time you feel the heat build up on your balls (as the penis goes into the tube deeper you feel the stretch on the skin on your balls which produces a burning feeling) you will notice you can stay in the tube longer and longer. Within a week of doing this routine you will lock up on the tube and really start to stretch things out. It certainly builds girth that stays and within several months you can gain as much as .75 of temp girth that last for several hours and tapers off within 24 hours. Just don’t over do the pressure and make sure you keep the blood moving by doing a jelq inbetween sets until you pack the tube. Trust me, it works.

It is, likewise, more difficult to stretch a long rubber band across the middle than for a short one.

Exactlly my point. Well put Penflex

I added approx 1/2 inch of girth at the base and last time I checked was 7ish midshaft… I’ve been rather lazy as of late watching the news and eating far more then I should.
