I’m losing the will to carry on with P.E. It’s been 3 months, and no matter what changes I make to my routine, my cock isn’t getting bigger. I thought by now the newbie gains will have kicked in. I’m starting to think losing half an hour of my day isn’t worth it if it’s not making my cock bigger.

My routine at the moment is 5 mins warmup, 5-7 mins stretching, 120 wet jelqs, 50 jelq squeezes, 10 horse 440’s with 15 second hold, warmdown, 100 kegels. 3 days on 1 off. But I’ve taken 2 off as of today because, like I said, I’m losing the will. No negative PI’s to report with my routine, but I don’t see how I can intensify my routine as a newbie.

Do you even get some swollen temporary gains? You got to stretch the thing and expand it, not give it a hug.

I say increase the time of just one thing and do that. 30 min of jelq or stretch. Still nothing, 40 min, 50 min, etc.

I would think you need to increase your stretching. Try blasters if you aren’t doing them; I believe they have contributed to the gains I’ve had.
You also need to increase your jelqs, provided that anymore won’t adversely affect your EQ.

Just my opinion.

I know it’s hard work! when I come home from work and I’m tired, the last thing I want to do is pull my dick for 45 minutes to an hour….

Try something different. Pumping isn’t stressful, and has the good side of temporary gains that for many are a value on themselves. Or start clamping, or hanging, or new kind of stretches. Whatever.

Anyway, 3 months aren’t that much. There are guys who had their first gains after six months, and after gained a lot.

thanks for the advice guys, i’ll keep going, but i dont really have any extra time to increase the number of jelqs/stretches i do. Im living with my parents for a few more months until Uni in September, to make things worse our shower room is my parents en suite, so i cant be in there more than half an hour (including taking a shower) without arousing suspicion. I’d like to use a rice sock and avoid the bathroom problem, but that too would make my family suspicious. Any suggestions on a way of getting extra p.e time? could i just continue my workout later, without a second warmup/warmdown in my room?

Oh, and im also thinking of wearing a loose cockring during the day to get rid of a terrible turkeyneck. would that affect my chances at gains?

You could give it more time because some guys didn’t gain for the first few months, or you add more rest days. You are doing quite a bit for only PEing for 3 months. I would do a 1 on/ 1 off routine and see how you like that.

I will suggest you to increase your routine to 5-6 days per week, if you complete your newbie routine what is the point to take 2-3 days off? Second point how is your general health, do you exercise regulars, have good sleep? I learnt myself that good health, eat health and exercise regularly will boost your results. I gained 0.4 inches in two weeks after my newbie routine

It is a bit strange your you do not receive any gains at all. What does it feel in your penis after a workout? Just like before or a bit sore? It should feel sore or you might do the exercises too weak.

I really stretch when I do my exercises and use a two hand grip to really stretch it out. When I jelq, I squeeze almost everything I can to get the right feeling as it is the micro tears that you are after. When I do my 1 day rest (2 day exercise, 1 day off), I really feel that I need it as my penis feels sore. My idea is that you do the exercises too weak…while you should of course not harm yourself.

its not really sore, but it feels like its….its hard to describe, but it feels filled up, and it looks engorged for a while afterwards. Steelfire, i am tempted to stretch and jelq with more force but the last time i did my cock started to get red spots under the skin.

Horse, im in fairly good shape, i eat enough good stuff, excercise more than most my age. i suppose i could go to bed a bit earlier from now on, im waking up quite late in the morning lately.

i think best thing to do is switch up the times, i don’t really want to get into pumping or hanging. Maybe clamping a few more months down the line..

Is there any particular reason why you don’t want to get into pumping or hanging?
For what I read here on various threads, clamping routine is more for girth than length gain.

You seen to try to avoid the hard work and the routine which you are likely to get real gains. For my own research most people who have little gain with manual exercise got easily gain with “hanging” I am one of them I started see it in just two weeks on the program

For what you start with 7” I guess with hanging and jelqing would take you no more than 5-6 months to reach your dream goal 8”

Perhaps you need some inspiration to motivate you, go and read bib’s or plein-lee story and re-think you routine again

For my own findings 8 out 10 people who used hanging routine saw some gains
And 5 out 10 got gain with manual exercises alone and the go even better result when the add up “hanging”, “pumping” or extender devices

Dude, take a week off and chill out then come back and up the intensity.

Don’t increase the duration but just squeeze and stretch that little bit harder,push things up another notch and see how you respond after 12 weeks of that.

I bet you’ll regain some of your faith fairly lively!

I dont really want to get into that stuff because im not in a position to be doing ADS, the possibility of an embarassing moment is too high, and also I started p.e with the intention of getting gains without spending money. Decent Pumps are quite expensive, plus it would be horrific if someone else found it lying around. Hell, my mom is constantly cleaning the house up so she could stumble across it even if i hid it. Im not downing the excercises ability, but it just doesnt suit.

john, i think what you’re saying is probably best, just upping the intensity and see what happens.
