Beginning PE Today - Have a Few Questions
Just joined the forum yesterday as I am interested in starting PE. I don’t have a proper measuring device until I return to school tomorrow so I don’t have that info as of now.
So today I start my first PE ‘workout’, I starting with just the newbie routine (hot wrap, 5 min stretching(30 each direction), 10 min of jell, 5 min hot wrap, 50 keels of 5 second holds each. 2 days on 1 day off
Now keep in mind that my goal is more pushed towards girth than length, although I might not be the longest, I feel that girth plays a more important role during sex
1) What kind of gains have you seen after doing the newbie routine? How long did you do it for?
2) In what directions are the most efficient when stretching
3) Is the hot wrap before the 50 keels necessary?
4) Does sex affect or hurt gains? My girl and I have sex ~3 times a day, how will this affect my PE regimen?
