Beginning PE Today - Have a Few Questions

Hi all,

Just joined the forum yesterday as I am interested in starting PE. I don’t have a proper measuring device until I return to school tomorrow so I don’t have that info as of now.

So today I start my first PE ‘workout’, I starting with just the newbie routine (hot wrap, 5 min stretching(30 each direction), 10 min of jell, 5 min hot wrap, 50 keels of 5 second holds each. 2 days on 1 day off

Now keep in mind that my goal is more pushed towards girth than length, although I might not be the longest, I feel that girth plays a more important role during sex

1) What kind of gains have you seen after doing the newbie routine? How long did you do it for?
2) In what directions are the most efficient when stretching
3) Is the hot wrap before the 50 keels necessary?
4) Does sex affect or hurt gains? My girl and I have sex ~3 times a day, how will this affect my PE regimen?

1) Very good gains, maybe 1cm and more. I think I did the newbie routine for about 2-3months.

4) There have been many views. I can’t say wich one is the right anwser. Even thought I’ve gained, even when I’ve masturbated sometimes.

A word of advice.

First dont ever try to rush things.

Always warmup.

Stick to the newbie routine. Dont add any thing else.

Even if you dont have a measuring device, take at least a picture with something next to your dick(like your phone, so you can compare).

Newbie Routine or Linear Newbie for at least three months. Newbie may be all you ever need.

No warm-up needed for kegels. Warm-up required for jelqs and stretching.

1) I am beginner too, but I’ve already had 10 ‘workouts’.
I’ve gained about 1 cm in length (‘erect’) and about 0.5cm in girth. If you train with good technique, you will gain to!

2) I’ve started with basic stretching and I am focused on mastering it.

3) I do two hot wraps each time and it’s working for me, so I’ll continue doing that ;)

4) Hmmm. Gaining is a long journey. Sex is pleasure (and test.). Have fun!
