Starting PE once more, and I plan to go through with it this time.

Just sticking to the newbie routine for a bit, because the full routine lead to an injury.

My starting routine is:

5 min. Of hot wrap
5 min. Of stretching
3 min. Of hot wrap
7 min. Of dry jelq (I’m uncircumcised)
3 min. Of hot wrap again
40 kegals with 5 second holds.

I did that, and while I don’t feel any pain, I only feel a very minimum stretch. So I’m gonna try a little more next time. I also decided to masturbate afterwords, which has lead to some shrinkage. I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or not to jerk off after a workout, but I think I’m going to use it as a way to reward myself for sticking with this.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. I’m very new, and I don’t know if I’m doing any of it right. I’m gonna start off very light for the first while, but should I ramp it up immediately?

I think your hot wrap after your beginning stretch can go to the end and make it a longer hot wrap to end workout and then kegel. A longer hot wrap at the end will help prevent injury and just be careful with dry jelq sometimes you could create too much friction and that hurts.
