Hi everyone I’m new to PE, just found the site a few days ago, and have been doing the beginners routine for just 2 days now.

Coincidentally I found this forum during my time on the nofap challenge. I started nofap for various reasons such as decreasing social anxiety, increasing confidence, possible gains in the gym, clear gains in energy and focus, trying to view women as people not as sex objects, more time to be doing things besides masturbating to internet porn, and hopefully find a sexual partner with all of those things. Nofap has also increased my life discipline in important areas and I’ve made some very good decisions since then lifestyle wise. I’m on day 81 right now and it’s the hardest thing I’ve done in my life mentally. The one thing I’ve learned is that in my case, porn is the enemy. Masturbating is fine and probably every 3 days is the best frequency, and I’m going start doing every 3 days after I finish my 90 days if I can make it that far. I spent way too much time watching porn, porn led me into things like hentai and weird fetishes that are generally unnatural (although I’m not against anyone’s fetishes), but the main issue was that I was fine with porn instead of real women and I’m ready for that to change. As far as concrete benefits go thus far: I am more confident in general, I have more free time, and I am more well rested after the same amount of sleep. No effect on acne, erections, penis length, or girth. I’ve had 4 or 5 wet dreams in 81 days. I don’t normally have wet dreams. Also I’m not having any sex. Made some questionable decisions earlier in life that robbed me of a few precious sex opportunities and I just moved to a new state across the country, so not knowing anyone and getting into a new job, finding a sexual partner is on the back burner. But not for long!

I also found the holy grail of cum thread and did lots of research into the supplements that worked. I’ve been into natural bodybuilding for 3 years now (Not competitive, just what I enjoy doing. Great benefits!) and I’m a personal trainer so I like to know what supplements work and what is bullshit. I know that it is extremely ironic, but I started taking a stack to increase my load although I’m not ejaculating at all. I have no idea how this will turn out, but regardless in 8 days I’m going to masturbate again, but this time and forever on without porn.
Supplements I’m taking are:
Lecithin 1200mg (1 x day)
Zinc 50mg (1 x day)
L-Arginine 500mg (2 x day)
Obviously nothing to report as I am not ejaculating. I suspect that the effect after suddenly going on this stack for about 10 days and suddenly cumming after 90 days should be pretty impressive. Considering measuring volume, but probably won’t happen. I imagine 3 days after day 90 when I cum still taking the new supplements might be the larger one.

As far as the beginner routine goes I’m doing the warm wrap, stretch, jelq, warm wrap, kegels routine. I am having a major problem though. I have a full erection during the stretch and jelq which I know is hindering my stretch completely. During jelqing despite having a full erection which I know is not optimal, I also have to stop every 2 or 3 times on the way to 200 because I am about to cum. I don’t want to because of nofap, but more importantly because of the idea of separating work time from play time with PE makes perfect sense to me and I believe in that idea. I tried watching a youtube podcast today to prevent my erection but stretching and jelqing were still difficult with full erection. I don’t know if it is the nofap for so damn long, my penis not used to stimulation of that kind not for the purpose of cumming, or because I am 22, in great shape, exercising vigorously, eating healthy, and horny as I’ve ever been purely because of age and hormones.
Does anyone have any advice for preventing or staving off erections when stretching? I feel this is the place I could make gains for sure as stretching ligaments isn’t something crazy or religious, it’s science. But I can’t get any kind of stretch at all because of my erections. I’m going to try to watch something more erection killing on youtube next time, but I really don’t want to associate PE sessions with horrible things I’ve heard some people watch to stave off erections.

Sorry for the long post. I think my current situation is perhaps the only one ever doing the holy grail of cum stack, deep into nofap, in very good shape but having no sex, also on Accutane drug for acne (wonder drug works like magic), and starting to do PE exercises. I will definitely update my profile when I see gains in cum volume and erect length. I’m not sure of my reasoning for doing either, but having a big dick sounds awesome especially if I can achieve it through exercise as that makes sense to me and having huge loads also sounds cool probably because of all the porn I’ve watched. Sorry for the mega post, but it’s nice to vent here as I know no one in my state and I wanted to share my story.

Day 81 was all I had. Urges overcame me. All of the penis stuff I’ve been reading and stretches and stuff was probably a bad idea for nofap, but I learned my lesson. I’m done with porn forever, and I will masturbate when I feel like it but never in excess. As far as 81 days of nofap and 2 days of Lecithin, Zinc, and L-Arginine, that was without a doubt the biggest load of my entire life. I plan to continue PE, but will still be looking for a strategy to prevent full erections during the Beginner Routine. I know that doing stretches and jelqs not fully erect is the way to go, so I will have to learn how to avoid that or find a new routine.

Hey Grappler,

First of all, welcome and cool posts with some interesting themes.

Stuff like nofap and instilling discipline in to your life can take various forms. The key is to remain flexible - ultimately whilst you are focusing on self development, you want to set the bar high for yourself and make vast life-changing improvements. Ultimately, you want to also be congruent, a major factor in self development - I find that from my past experiences with saying really bold stuff that it’s been a catch 22. Whilst I want to aim high and achieve massive new heights, doing it incrementally doesn’t hurt. As with any self development, the key is not be too extreme as the repercussions will also be equal. (again, in my experience!)
