Hi, this is my first post. I’ve been doing P.E. For nine weeks now and measure once a week. My beginning measurements:BPEL-5 7/8 in. EG 4 1/2

Week three:BPEL-6 in EG -4 1/2

Week nine(about 2 mo) BPEL 6 3/8 EG- 4 3/4

Thanks Remek, yes they are my measurements. I can’t wait to see where I am at 2 months. I’m sure I will hit a wall eventually but I’m going to enjoy it while I can!

My Routine:
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
25 min of jelqs - 5 minutes each: down, up, left, right, straight out.
5 min hot wrap “or shower”
50 kegels of five second holds each

ON: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
OFF: Wed, Sat, Sun
