See if you can try and stop referring to your size in such a negative way, it doesn’t help you and it certainly doesn’t help those who may be striving for 5”. Acceptance and confidence in whatever size you are is a big part of PE, in my opinion.

There is always someone bigger than you, but there is also always someone smaller. ;)

Good luck on your journey.

Yeah, if you already are screwing good with your 5” er, there is no reason to worry about additional size. It’s just icing on the cake. Try not to let the negative thoughts creep into your mind even though we use them for motivation because the danger is that you will not feel good about yourself unless you are the largest, and we never are the largest.

In PE, quick results are known as injuries. You don’t want those. Slow down, take your time, do lots of reading in the archives. You’ll figure out that this is a pursuit for the long haul. If you aren’t already patient, this will be a great lesson in that quality.

Only a very, very few get ‘big’ gains in relatively short time spans (2-3 years). So, plan for a long-term view of things PE. Make your workout routine something that is a part of your regular life. Time takes care of the rest, if you happen to be one of the gifted ones with good enlargement potential (and we have no way of knowing who those guys are).

When multiple PEers say the same thing—patience—take note. It really is a long term effort to gain length and girth (permanent, not fleeting). Think of it as a multi-year pursuit. You’ll see it all through the archives when reading progress logs and success stories. Funny, but you get the sense, somehow, that a serious case of persistence has something to do with accruing solid gains.

Soak up the wisdom of those who’ve gone before you.

Take it slow, use plenty of heat before your workouts.

PE truths:

PE is a marathon not a sprint.
If it hurts don’t do it. Pain, no gain

I also agree - drop the negative thinking.

Every man has been given a gift - his Penis. Does not matter what size it is. Your penis has many good qualities. Your penis has given you and the ones who are lucky to share it with you hours and hours of entertainment and pleasure. You penis is the friend who is always with you.

Your penis deserves your love and respect and positive feelings because of that.

By all means make it bigger, but be positive about your penis.

How many times should I be doing the Newbie guide a day and week

Hello everyone new to this and have only started 3 days ago. I have been doing the newbie guide and was wondering.. How many times a day do I do the exercises and how many times a week so I don’t injure myself??

Many thanks Jack. :)

You can do it either 1 day on 1 day off, or 2 days on and 1 day off. Its up to you man, good luck :]

Burn that tunica!

Also I have foreskin does that mean I have to do the exercises differently? Sorry for the q’s don’t want to injure myself hope you lot understand.

Can some people let me know how much they have gained on how long.:D

This is the best PE site in existence bro. Take your time and read a lot of threads. I did that when I started and learned a lot without even having to ask, although asking some questions is fine. Everyone is different, but I have made most of my gains with jelqs and clamping. I hung weights for a while and I know it works for length, but I didn’t have the time to give it a true review. I have done some work with the vac-ads, which I liked and may go back to, but I can’t say I used it consistently enough, mostly due to complaints from whichever woman I was with about not getting bigger.

The point is that with sporadic PE over a 12 or so year period, I have added at least 1.25” in el and a half inch or more of girth. So stay on the newbie routine. Jelq a lot. Do a lot of kegels and you’re off to a good start. I gained a lot, I think, with only a few periods of PE three months or longer. You may do even better than I have if you have more “on time”.

Measurements: 11/06: 7.75" bpel/ 6.25" mseg.

Welcome and good luck!

How long should I stick to the newbie routine

Only started this week and this is my first day of from the routine.. I was thinking for how long do I need to stick to the newbie routine.Till I see results? When I have been doing it for a long time?

Thanks :D

Untll it stops working. Some guys are on the newbie routine for life, they just make adjustments to the exercises (sets reps).

You have heard the saying “If it works, don’t fix it.”

That’s the best answer.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

OK thanks, by adjustments you mean?

Yes, that’s right you just have to be patient and be willing to learn and take advice from others. In time things will work out for you although it seems like it takes forever. I goofed a little while ago, when I didn’t have accurate measurements and posted them. I had to withdraw, what I said at that time, but it taught me to make sure that you’re measurements are correct and realistic. I did gain some, approx 1/2 inch since starting in Feb, from 5.5 to 6”. I have some other issues that I have to work out yet, which when I get them worked out should help my gains.
