I know there are good tutorials on jelqing right here at Thunders-place. As far as safety goes, I think the biggest thing I have noticed in starting up is my grip strength makes a difference, and it seems that it would be pretty easy to potentially injure yourself that way. Grip is key from what I’ve read, and I’m still honing in on the best for me. I also think you simply have to feel comfortable, you should probably know if you’re over-pushing yourself. This is just a humble combination of what I’ve read and tried so far, I’m always open to correction! Good luck to you fellow PE-er!

Alright, I think I’m starting to really understand how jelqing works and how to perform a jelq. Thank you to all those that commented!

I have one more concern I wanted to address. I’ve seen some comments on various websites (Reddit, miscellaneous forums) stating that while PE does work, it will lead to a bigger yet dysfunctional penis. To those that have had success with PE, are you still able to maintain as strong erections as you did prior to beginning PE? Also, I’ve noticed several threads on this forums regarding “hard flaccid”. Seems pretty concerning, should I be worried about it?

there is a moderator (gprent) who has this sentence in his signature: “The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.”

Why should I have a bigger penis if it does not work well? The body has a lot capacity of adaptation.

I think that if someone is too much afraid from PE, the best solution is not do it. Also I am afraid from some advanced exercise, and I’m sure that I will never try some exercise, also if I stop gain; really sure, so I don’t care.

But a reasonable stretching, and a moderate jelq are not dangerous in my opinion. I think that a strong sexual intercourse should be more stressful for the penis than a newbie routine.

Read the suggestions of the vet to work in the right way. But if you are not sure don’t do it.

Hard flaccid. Happened to me. Clearly by overtraining. Clearly.

PE will make your penis healthier. It won’t break it. Unless someone breaks it himself. Physically or mentally. You get my point?

Here is something else. Many people misunderstand this one.

A big penis needs more blood to be rock hard. Yes? Yes.. More size needs more stimulation.

Look at porn. Big guys always need stimulation to be rock hard.

I have a very good female friend who is a size queen. I have said this before. Very good friend. She says that big guys need about 5-10 minutes blowjobs to get rock hard. Smaller guys are allready rock hard almost form the get go

When I gained 0.5 in nbpel I thought my erections were well… a little mushy. I always had rock hard erections only by touching sexually a woman. With my new size I noticed that my erections needed a little more stimulation say 2-3 minutes blowjib from my wife to get rock hard. Other than that when it gets hard that’s it.It locks in that state,

ED for me is not to be able to have an erection or have an erection and lose it after a while. It’s not having a half erection which gets rock hard with foreplay.

That’s why people mistaken this when they experience it for the first time can’t understand it. They feel their penis soft cause now it has more capability to be fully erect. They are dissapointed. They don’t understand it. Instead of giving it a little more stimulation to see what happens they get immediately stressed and lose completely their erection. Do you have any literature on this? My dick has gotten significantly larger in length and girth since PE. An inch in both directions to be specific. If I am ready to go, my dick is rock hard without any stimulation. I think what you are seeing is lack of arousal, which has nothing to do with the bodies ability to supply the blood, or poor EQ.

For your information here is a link with the erection process. You’ll notice that nowhere in there does it reference penis size or ability to achieve an erection due to larger sizes.

An erection not caused by stimulus per se, but is a chemical reaction. This could be caused by stimulus or arousal or even a head injury. Let’s not clog the forum with bad information stating that an erection requires stimuli and a larger penis requires more. That’s just silly.

If you are having trouble achieving and maintaining an erection after PE, you are damaging you EQ or are not aroused. Simple as that.

You absolutely can dry jelq if cut. I do it all the time. If you are cut loosely you should be fine. You might get some turkey neck but that never happened to me. I can dry jelq my entire shaft from deep base to right under the glans. It is possible.

I agree that being bigger doesn’t mean worse EQ.

I know this has been discussed more thoroughly elsewhere but my general understanding (and personal experience) is that some PE training tends to lower EQ and some tends to raise EQ. I visaulize the various parts of the penis as an outside bladder and an inside bladder that work together. If the outside bladder is relatively larger from stretching or non-erect pumping then EQ is worse as the internal bladder doesn’t create enough pressure when erect. If the inside bladder is relatively larger than it creates high EQ by pushing against the outside bladder when erect.

Therefore, if you have low EQ you should focus on squeezes, ulis, clamping (for those ready for it) that work the penis inside to out. If you have really high EQ, then focus on stretches or perhaps pumping that work the penis outside to in. I recall some people look at BPFL vs BPEL as a measure of where you should be targeting. I presume the goal for most of us is to be bigger AND better.

No literature at all except something I read a while ago surfing the net. The article was saying that perhaps bigger penises need more stimulation to achieve max erection size but it hasn’t been proven.

My wife and 2 female friends one of them a size queen, cause her ex husband was huge, also claimed that big dicks needed more foreplay to reach max EQ.

I wrote my personal opinion. I am not saying this is definitely the case.

Heard, read, told, you know how it goes. You just have to fix the puzzle and create your own opinions from there.

Yeah, I read it. I am just keeping an open mind. No information is bad. It makes you curious, makes you search for the truth, opens your horizons. Just sayin.

Half of the internet sites say that pe is bollocks when you google it. Is it really? No way. I think personal experience and inquiry makes people wise.

I ‘ll take your word for it cause I have no personal experience. I am uncut. I just read that for dry jelqing you need a foreskin. More than many times.
