Hello everyone,

What kind of exercises can I do as a beginner (been at it for a month of just jelqing) that focus purely on girth?

The reason behind basic and advanced routines

Dear Starmaster

Well, basically you can do clamping and other girth-specific advanced exercises anytime. To be very candid, you will just have higher risk of injuries because you probably have not yet the required PE experience - and if this happens you might encounter some counterflak of “but we told you it’s not wise” in here.

The newbie period is not a categoric “bachelor tunnel” you have to go through in order to go for the “real” stuff when you reach our secret “master of penis enlargement level” (although this sounds like a charming idea for a new univeristy curriculum :-) - at least I would immediately subscribe to it).

It is much more a period where your dick gets used to PE - but even that’s only a secondary objective.

The primary objective is to get your mind adapted to PE, to become attentive to the feedback of your dick, the PI’s, to develop the necessary mindset and patience and have begun to keep a detailed logbook. The learning curve of your PE wisdom has to be ways steeper than the growth curve of your dick.

We do experimental things in PE. There is no academic body of knowledge since centuries. Anything that you read about a certain technique that you will apply to your dick is a very individual experiment that you have to observe with caution and a kind of nearly scientific curiosity. So you have to develop that researching mind-set in order to be successful and be able to analyze and prevent too risky techniques.

After all, you only have one dick and I suppose you want to use it for the rest of your life.

So my best guess for an answer is: begin with so called advanced exercises when you honestly consider yourself no longer a newbie. It’s not a fixed period, it’s a state of knowledge and a mind-set.

Just my 2 cents, others may have different opinions.
